Minor In Possession of Alcohol

If Charged

If you have a charge of minor in possession of alcohol charge, you may be eligible for a dismissal upon attendance of a class on alcohol conducted by the University of Alabama at the Tuscaloosa Municipal Court and payment of court costs in the amount of $170.

Court

You will have to appear in Court and the Court will make the determination at that time whether you are eligible for a dismissal.

About the Classes

The classes are conducted through the University of Alabama Office of Judicial Affairs; however, you do not have to be a student of the University of Alabama to attend the class.
