Garbage Collection

·         Single Residential Premises. For residential premises upon which only one family unit exists, $12.35 per monthly billing cycle, plus $12.35 per each additional cart on the premises in excess of one (1), but not to exceed three (3).

·         Non-Residential Premises. $21.35 per premise per monthly billing cycle for each premise in any building. No more than one (1) City cart may be utilized for each such premises, unless a variance is granted through the department director.

·         Combined Family Units. More than one family unit on residential premise or in a participating multi-unit, or a group of family units in tenant houses shall be $12.35 per monthly billing cycle and for each such family unit, plus $12.35 per each additional cart in excess of one (1).

Trash Collection

City trash collection system is voluntary and provided without charge to residential premises with open and current garbage accounts. However the City will not collect more than 20 cubic yards of trash from any one premise per weekly trash service and trash will only be collected at residential properties with active water accounts.

Recycling

The City does not charge fees for curbside or drop-off recycling collection. Curbside recycling bins are provided at no cost to household son the curbside recycling routes. Additional bins may be requested to accomodate excess recyclables.
