Mayor’s Youth Council

Welcome Ceremony – April 29, 2008

Area students selected to participate in the Mayor’s Youth Council assembled in the Council Chambers of City Hall on April 29, 2008. The mayor, council and representatives of the city greeted all appointees, distributed an issues listing and city information to be used while discussing various topics facing young people and provide an opportunity for students to design policy solutions to the Mayor/Council.
