Recovery Zone Address Look-Up

Following the April 27, 2011 disaster, the City of Tuscaloosa received Federal disaster recovery funds. The City has invested some of those dollars into individual assistance programs such as the Commercial Revolving Loan, Small Business Revitalization Loan, and the Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program. However, as stipulated through the program guidelines and Federal guidelines, the funds must be used toward a home or business located within the designated recovery zone. If the address of the potential home or business to be funded with either of these programs is within the shaded designated recovery zone, the home or business could potentially receive funding through one of these programs. To determine whether your proposed property is within the recovery zone, click on the link below and enter the property address in the upper right hand search bar. For further information or questions about these programs , please call 205-248-5700.
