City of Tuscaloosa to hold open house for comprehensive plan

Tuscaloosa, AL - In an effort to ensure transparency and community involvement, the City of Tuscaloosa will be hosting an open house for members of the public to view and provide input on the draft comprehensive plan.
The open house will provide a look at the recommendations developed through the Framework process and attendees will be given the opportunity to help refine the plan. Members of the planning team and steering committee will also be available to answer any questions.
What: Framework Comprehensive Open House
When: Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Where: Tuscaloosa River Market
The City launched Framework to help define a long-term vision for Tuscaloosa by crafting a comprehensive plan as well as update their zoning and land development regulations. This plan will proactively address topics that are important to the community and help guide Tuscaloosa in the years to come.
