As we begin this new week, we want to be sure all of our city employees stay up-to-date with the latest information regarding this unprecedented time.
We currently have three childcare providers available for city employees who need extra assistance at this time. If you need assistance with child care, please e-mail Scott Holmes at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include the number of children needing to be placed and the ages of each child.
Employees that are currently enrolled in the flexible spending dependent care reimbursement account will be allowed to update their election amount if needed due to the closure of daycare facilities as a result of COVID-19. Those employees that wish to update their election should complete a life event in SmartBen.
