City of Tuscaloosa Seeking to Fill Opening for Industrial Development Authority

Tuscaloosa, Ala -- The City of Tuscaloosa is seeking a qualified individual to fill an opening in the Tuscaloosa County Industrial Development Authority agency. TCIDA is the economic development agency for all jurisdictions within the county and plays an important role in recruiting manufacturing jobs to our region.
Created in 1973, the TCIDA has proven to be highly productive and has a successful record of manufacturing for global markets and recruiting manufacturing jobs to the county. It is a one stop source for accessing all manufacturing site location data including financing, available buildings and employee training.
Potential new members are appointed by city council and must be residents of the City of Tuscaloosa. Those interested in the position should send résumés to Hannah Essary at email@example.com by Wednesday, Feb. 22.
