Auto Bill Payment

The Automatic Bill Payment option allows our customers to pay their bills by setting up recurring payments that draft the water bill payment electronically each month from the customer's bank account. This saves not only time spent writing a check, but also money spent paying for postage every month.


START automatic bill payment

  1. Click the "Start Bank Draft" button below, complete the form and print or save it.
  2. Locate a voided check or deposit slip with the routing number and bank account number of the checking/savings account to be used for bill payment.
  3. Mail, fax, email or hand-deliver (a) the form and (b) the supporting document with account information mentioned in #2 above.

STOP automatic bill payment

Automatic Bill Payment can be discontinued by the customer who requested it at any time. Regular bill payment options resume on the customer's next billing cycle.
