Follow-up services consist of home visits made by a member of the EMS Prevention team weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The initial visit consists of completing a biopsychosocial assessment, creating a treatment plan, and meeting that person's goals through follow-up visits.
We have an EMS Prevention pantry that we work to keep stocked with lightly used clothing, household items, non-perishable foods, etc. All donations are given free of charge to fire victims and EMS Prevention clients in need. Please contact 205-248-5438 or 205-248-5436 if you are interested in donating to our pantry.
