We have posted forms on the City’s website that will allow customers to make payments automatically through bank draft. Find the Automatic Bill Payment Option Forms and their instructions at City Services Useful Forms.
These forms should be completed with all attachments required, signed and returned to ubcontact@tuscaloosa.com or hand delivered to the Business Office located at 2230 Gary Fitts Street.

Call the Customer Service Office at 205-248-5500 to check your bill status if uncertain. If after hours, call the Ed Love Plant at 205-248-5630. There will be a $50 reconnection fee if water has been turned off for non-payment. If there is a break/leak in water line, call Water Distribution at 205-248-5952.
If bill payment issues are not the problem, someone will be dispatched to determine if City work or line maintenance issues have impacted water service.

Your hot water heater is set too high and precipitating the lime for PH control. Set water temp between 130-140 degrees maximum. Your hot water heater may need to be drained and flushed as well.
