City of Tuscaloosa Implements Fraud Reporting Hotline

Tuscaloosa, Ala. – The City of Tuscaloosa has implemented an anonymous fraud hotline where citizens can report any fraud, waste or abuse happening within its municipal operations.
These calls, which are separate from the Tuscaloosa 311 service, will be monitored through a third party service provider called Red Flag Reporting. All reports will be kept completely anonymous and will be reviewed by the City’s internal audit department.
Citizens may access the service by calling 1-877-478-0324 or visiting www.redflagreporting.com, using the client code: mytusc-res.
Residents are urged to continue to use Tuscaloosa 311 for all non-emergency inquiries on City services and information.
