City of Tuscaloosa and Mayor Walt Maddox to Host 2024 Mayor's Cup

The City of Tuscaloosa and Mayor Walt Maddox will host the 2024 Mayor’s Cup 5K for Pre-K this Saturday, April 27 at 8 a.m. in Downtown Tuscaloosa. The Mayor’s Cup, presented by Mercedes-Benz U.S. International raises funds for the Tuscaloosa Pre-K Initiative, which aims to expand Pre-K access for Tuscaloosa children.
The 5K is open to all ages and participants are welcome to run or walk. Timing chips attached to race bibs will be used to determine race results, and awards will be given.
