Tuscaloosa City Requests Assistance with Voluntary Social Distancing

Tuscaloosa, AL - In cities across the world, leaders are looking for ways to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and social distancing has been found to be one of the most effective methods of successfully accomplishing this goal. In an effort to be forward-leaning and to take a proactive step toward the prevention of the spread of this novel coronavirus in Tuscaloosa, the City is strongly encouraging local businesses to voluntarily assist in the reduction of hazards by limiting the number of patrons in establishments to no more than 50 and to maintain the six-foot personal space barrier as advised by the CDC.
