City of Tuscaloosa Labor Day Holiday Schedule

In observance of Labor Day, City Hall will close at 4 p.m. and 311 will close at 5 p.m. Friday, September 1 and remain closed on Monday, September 4. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, September 5. There will be no regularly scheduled City Council meetings on Tuesday, September 5.
Garbage, trash and recycling collection will also be delayed one day next week beginning Monday, September 4.

- Wednesday routes will be collected Thursday, Sept. 7
- Thursday routes will be collected Friday, Sept. 8
As a reminder, after Labor Day this year, collection will stay on the 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. schedule, rather than reverting to 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. as in previous years. For questions, please call Tuscaloosa 311.
