In April of 2011, a devastating outbreak of tornadoes left an unprecedented path of destruction through our City. United in hope, over the past ten years, our community has focused on rebuilding towards an even brighter future.
This dashboard illustrates economic development in the city’s Recovery Area, as determined by visual assessment of damage in May 2011. Over 1 billion dollars of federal, state, local, and private investment has reinvigorated the recovery area in the last 10 years.
