How do I check my water account balance?

Customers who already have an account with us can pay bills (with no service charge), view their past 12 bills and review account usage information online at tuscaloosa.com/pay-water-bill.

You will need your account number and customer ID to use this service. If you don't have this information, email ubcontact@tuscaloosa.com with the account holder’s name and service address to request it.
