Tuscaloosa Multifamily Housing Study Results Presented to Student Housing Task Force

The Alabama Center for Real Estate and Rock Apartment Advisors presented the findings of a multifamily housing study to Tuscaloosa's Student Housing Task Force during their biweekly meeting today.Members of the task force are to examine the student rental housing market, planning, zoning and other regulatory frameworks and infrastructure needs.The mayor requests that the task force submit and present to the mayor and City Council findings and recommendations by Tuesday, Nov. 5.Click here to see the full report.
