City of Tuscaloosa's 311 Call Center Will Open Two Hours Prior to Kickoff

Tuscaloosa, Ala. - The City of Tuscaloosa’s 311 non-emergency call center will open two hours prior to kickoff for all University of Alabama home football games.
Starting this Saturday for Alabama’s game against Western Kentucky, the call center will open at 12:30 p.m. and will close at the 2:30 p.m. kickoff.
Tuscaloosa 311 is a single, 3-digit phone number created for the purpose of keeping the city customer friendly, open and efficient. It can be dialed from anywhere in Tuscaloosa for all non-emergency situations or questions. It is available for all general city information, problems or issues and any city-related questions. The service is expanding its hours to answer questions regarding home games.
