City of Tuscaloosa’s Holidays on the River Tickets Available for Purchase

Tickets for the City of Tuscaloosa’s Holidays on the River event go on sale today, Monday, Nov. 13. New this year, all day passes are available for purchase.
Holidays on the River ice rink and winter village opens Nov. 22 and runs through Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. The event features ice skating, music, movie nights and more at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. Guests will enjoy the festive atmosphere and a 100-by-60-foot outdoor ice rink.
“The Black Warrior River front is growing as a hot spot in Tuscaloosa, and our Holidays on the River event is a catalyst for that as the seasons change,” said Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox. “One of our points of pride is being able to provide quality of life events that make Tuscaloosa great.”
Admission to Holidays on the River at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater is free to all guests, however, skate pass tickets are required for skate rental and access to the ice rink. Open skate passes are $15 per person and include skate rental and admission to the rink for the day. Season passes are $85 and include skate rental and unlimited skating for the 2017-2018 season.
