City of Tuscaloosa to Host 4th of July Fireworks

City of Tuscaloosa to Host 4th of July Fireworks

The City of Tuscaloosa will put on a firework display viewable from downtown on Saturday, July 4th at 9 p.m. in honor of Independence Day. The show will last for approximately 20 minutes. Limited free parking will be available at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater and the Downtown Intermodal Facility parking deck.

Music to accompany the fireworks will play live on Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa radio stations: 95.3, 92.9, 101.7, 100.1, 105.1, 93.3, 97.5 and 100.9.
 
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the City will not host Celebration on the River activities other than fireworks. Additionally, the Amphitheater will not be open for viewing the fireworks.
 
The City encourages community members to follow the Alabama Department of Public Health’s social distancing, face covering and hand-washing recommendations while viewing the fireworks.
