Background checks are offered daily from 7 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
To request a background check by mail, please complete the form below and mail it in with your $10 money order and copy of your photo identification.
To have a background check certified please indicate on the form. Certification comes at no extra cost.
Certified Case Copies
If you would like to request certified copies of documents from your case, you may come to the court or complete the form below and mail it in with your $10 money order and copy of your photo identification. There will be a $10 charge per case that you are requesting.
