Mayor Maddox and Councilor Almond Present Revenue Sharing Agreement Proposal for Shoppes at Legacy Park

Today City of Tuscaloosa Mayor Walter Maddox and District Three Councilor Cynthia Almond presented to the City Council a revenue sharing agreement proposal for the Shoppes at Legacy Park.The agreement, which is not to exceed $18 million, will include a guarantee of a minimum number of new jobs created by the six anchor stores and a requirement that a certain percentage of subcontractors and material purchases be from Tuscaloosa County.
