The City of Tuscaloosa Farmers Market is adding a Tuesday market every week in June and July from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tuscaloosa River Market.

This market, which will be held in addition to the weekly Saturday morning markets, will host up to 15 farmers and up to 35 total vendors.

“Last year we brought back Tuesday afternoon markets in just July, but this year we’re excited to add June,” said Tuscaloosa River Market Operations Manager Alexis Clark. "The summer growing season is so bountiful, we not only wanted to give our farmers a second weekly opportunity to sell their produce, but also give shoppers a great opportunity to enjoy a smaller crowd and have easy access on the way home from work.”
