Accident Report
Alabama and Federal law limit the people to whom an accident report may be disclosed, and the City will only provide accident reports subject to those limitations. Accident reports may also be redacted to comply with Alabama and Federal law.
Accident reports are available online through LexisNexis for fifteen dollars ($15.00) per report. There will be a ten-dollar ($10.00) charge per accident report if obtained through the Tuscaloosa Police Department.
